Com Cubed has been working enthusiastically in the IT service sector since 1998. At present we have two in-house technicians, two Engineers and three specialist consultant engineers, as well as three sales and admin staff members. Our ethos is, and has always been, to provide a fair and up front package with an aim to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.

We don’t hang about waiting for you to call when something goes wrong.
We proactively monitor your computers and servers for, amongst other things, Virus Infections, Hard drive Faults or Missed updates. A large screen in our office alerts us with a red X should one of you computer develop a problem. We spot trouble, we’ll fix it right away – probably before you even know about it.


We send a weekly report informing you of the state of your network and health of your systems, giving you peace of mind and knowledge that backups, updates, virus scans and overall performance is as it should be.


This maintenance service includes telephone and remote support for your staff and is charged per month per computer. A very straight forward pricing structure is in place that can be quoted to you within minute should you wish to find out more. No contract, with monthly billing.


On-site support is also available and we can be contacted on a one-off, as needed basis or alternatively a support bank model is in place that allows for pre-paid blocks of hours to be purchased at a reduced rate and used as and when required.



The Millennium Forum, the North Wests leading Theatre & Conference Centre, has been working with Com Cubed now since 2011. We are delighted with the overall level of service so far.
